FEDLINK GWAC — Library Support Services
The Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) was established to be a forum and a resource for federal libraries and information centers. The mission of FEDLINK ranges from promoting common interests, affording a platform for exchange of ideas, and providing access to resources. Through FEDLINK, federal agencies can obtain cost-effective information resources and operational support. Under this new solicitation, FEDLINK will expand its ability to support federal library and information centers by providing a single, Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for the unique professional services needs of its customers.
GSA Schedule 00CORP —The Professional Services Schedule
Integrated Business Program Support Services (SIN) 874 7 – Formerly known as Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), this contract provides support for all phases of program or project management, including administrative and operational activities.
Under this schedule, LAC is ready to apply our capabilities and experience in research, analysis, and information / knowledge management in support of a broad array of mission-driven projects.
GSA Schedule 36—The Office, Imaging and Document Solution
Needs Assessment and Analysis Services (SIN) 51 501: Needs Assessment and Analysis Services consist of a comprehensive assessment of the customer’s existing objectives, capabilities and funding obligations, with agency recommendation(s) on how to meet or exceed the organization’s overall performance by providing total office solutions.
Records Management Services (SIN) 51 504: Records Management Services include on-site services not limited to organizing paper or electronic files in any work area, tracking them electronically, and information and document indexing, scanning, labeling, bar coding and filing.
Document Conversion Services (SIN) 51 506: – Document conversion involves state-of-the-art scanning of the original document’s text and graphic image into digital data, which is then transferred to new media and formatted for use in a document imaging and storage system. Customized coding and indexing options are also available as part of the document conversion process.
Litigation Support Services (SIN) 51 508: Encompasses a wide range of services that aid attorneys and other professional and non-professional staff members in the tasks of obtaining, organizing, analyzing and presenting evidence or materials for legal matters not limited to: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, trials, judgments, lawsuits, congressional subpoenas or settlements.

Information Technology (IT) Professional Services (SIN) 132 51: Resource management; system and database analysis, planning and design; conversion and implementation support; project management; data/records management and other IT services.
Health Information Technology Services (SIN) 132 56: This SIN certifies our pre-verified ability to offer a range of cutting-edge and innovative Health IT services: connected health and electronic health records; health information exchanges; health informatics and analytics; emerging health topics and other health-related IT services.
Planning & Consulting Services for the Library of Congress

8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions. The 8(a) STARS II functional areas correspond to four North American Industry Codes (NAICS). For each FA, the work examples in the bulleted list under each NAICS code description are representative, not all inclusive.
Functional Area 1 – NAICS 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services
This functional area encompasses writing, modifying, testing and supporting software to meet the needs of a particular customer.
Functional Area 2 – NAICS 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services
This functional area primarily engages in planning and designing computer systems that integrate computer hardware, software and communication technologies.
Functional Area 3 – NAICS 541513 – Computer Facilities Management Services
This functional area primarily engages in providing on-site management, and operation of clients’ computer systems and/or data processing facilities. Establishments providing computer systems or data processing facilities support services are included in this industry.
Functional Area 4 – NAICS 541519 – Other Computer Related Services
This functional area primarily engages in providing computer-related services (except custom programming, systems integration design and facilities management services).

SeaPort-e ® is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command and the United States Marine Corps utilize this vehicle to fulfill their service requirements. SeaPort-e ® provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.
